1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DogDollars ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

DogDollars provides a software-as-a-service platform for dog walking and pet care businesses to manage their operations, including website creation, booking management, customer management, and payment processing.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DogDollars. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

DogDollars offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to DogDollars, including but not limited to business information, customer data, images, and text ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant DogDollars a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or harvest any information from other users without consent

6. Intellectual Property

DogDollars and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content).

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

DogDollars integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payments and various mapping services for GPS tracking. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOGDOLLARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DogDollars and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
